About the Director

Heather K. Smith

Heather K. Smith is a music educator and administrator with a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Utah, and an MBA from Westminster University.

She teaches private lessons and group classes in her home studio in Centerville, Utah, and serves as the Director of Development and Advancement for The Frances Clark Center.

As the creator and lead instructor of this course, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share with you a unique and engaging approach to teaching music through silent films.
